We're inviting you to join us for a community wellbeing walk at Petworth Park — a gentle two-hour walk and talk through one of West Sussex's most beautiful landscapes, in the company of people who get it.
Joining us is Henry Ainsley from Mending Fences CIC, an organisation doing important work around mental health and suicide prevention. Henry brings warmth, lived experience, and a way of talking about the hard stuff that makes it feel a little less heavy. Together, we'll walk, we'll talk, and we'll let the deer park do what nature does best — remind us that we're part of something bigger.
This is a mental health walk in Sussex with no agenda, no worksheets, and absolutely no pressure to share anything you're not ready for. It's just a walk. With good people. In a gorgeous place.
Our walk and talk events across West Sussex are part of the Well and Good Wagon's mission to bring wellbeing support out of the waiting room and into the world — meeting people where they are, in spaces that feel safe, open, and real.
Whether you're going through something difficult, feeling disconnected, or just craving a couple of hours away from the noise — this wellbeing walk at Petworth Park is for you.
Duration: 2 hours Location: Petworth Park, West Sussex What to bring: Comfortable shoes, a layer, and yourself — exactly as you are.
